EMS Application Support
This position will require an IT background to perform EMS application integration and EMS application support.
Main task will be:
· Assist with application integration testing based on the final system architecture; it will include all interfaces with external systems and printing solution.
· Assist with application user acceptance testing and follow up with OC users.
· Responsible of user training in terms of application training (Train the trainers).
· Provide day to day operational support including technical support and application support to the different application users.
Education:
IT background, education level Bachelor degree. Two years of experience in software development and systems integration.
Location:
Rio de Janiero
Languages skills:
Portuguese: Native.
English: Fluent
