But simply being aware of the plight of farmed animals will not be enough for many consumers to switch to a healthy animal-friendly lifestyle. That's why PETA does all that we can to make sure that everyone knows how simple it can be to cut animals out of any diet.
One of our most popular tools to that end is our free vegetarian/vegan starter kit (VSK). This colorful guide persuades people who might otherwise not be reached to go vegetarian by showing them that a meat-free diet is easy, tasty, healthy, humane, environmentally sound, and popular.
